population of over 140 million.
Nigeria is a country of rich and diverse
ethnic diversity with more than 250 ethnic groups, with varying
languages and traditions.
The original capital city was Lagos
but was changed to Abuja in 1976 due to its central location.
The official language of Nigeria is English, with other recognised
regional languages: Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and Fulani.
